Bonnie Kay (Genow) St. Peter, age 76, passed away suddenly on March 16, 2026. She was born on March 9, 1950, to the late Floyd Genow and Mary Jane (Duval) Tacey, and was lovingly raised by her late stepfather Norbert Tacey.
Bonnie was an active member of Our Lady of Peace Parish. She retired from Bay Medical Care Facility after 25 years of caring for residents, bringing them joy and making them smile with her quirky nature and kind heart.
Bonnie enjoyed boating on her pontoon, vacationing with family and friends, and spending her winters in Florida. She loved baking with family and making the holidays special. She also volunteered with Waterfowlers for Warriors. Bonnie had a special way of making everyone feel valued, and she was a best friend to many. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, William Gregory St. Peter, who passed away on June 5, 2023; her siblings, Betty Jean (Miller) Fletcher, Floyd Genow, and Charlie Genow.
She is survived by her children, Mike (Lydia) Lesperance, Jason (Wendy) Lesperance, Billy (Bonnie) St. Peter, Kim (Todd) Bauer, Rafe (Sara) St. Peter, and Josh (Sarah) St. Peter; her grandchildren, Ethan, Hannah, Alexis, (Craig), Dane, Gage, Bo (Nicole), Lindsay (Jarod), Skyeler (Noah), Lane, Reece, Brock, Bryce, Karli, Dominic, Layla, Isabelle, Onica, Abby, and Dalton; her 8 great-grandchildren; and her special friends, Ray and Linda Bellhorn.
A memorial service will be held later. Arrangements have been made with the Cremation Society of Mid-Michigan. To sign online guestbook, visit www.cremationsocietymidmi.com
Bonnie will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.
