Linda L. Bedell (Steinka)

Linda L. Bedell, née Steinka, passed away peacefully at home on February 21, 2025, after a long battle with epilepsy and dementia. Born on May 5, 1952, in Midland, Michigan, Linda was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, loyal sister, and a treasured member of a large and close-knit family.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill Goldberg; son-in-law, Lee Goldberg; beloved grandson, Asher Goldberg; her sister, Pat Potter; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members who loved her dearly. Linda was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, who passed in November 2024. They were truly inseparable—joined at the hip in life and now together again.

Linda found joy in the simple things: camping in Michigan’s beautiful summers, cooking and baking with love, sewing and quilting intricate pieces, and working on puzzles. But above all, her greatest pride and joy was her grandson, Asher, whom she adored with all her heart.

There will be no formal service at this time.
