Obituary of Lester Joseph Vida III

Lester J. Vida, III, born on August 11, 1965, from Ecorse, MI, passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 59. Lester's silly demeanor and laughter brought joy to everyone he met. His genuine warmth and silliness made him a beloved figure in the lives of his family and friends.

Lester graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel and went on to create a life filled with cherished memories. Lester has a son, Joshua (Aliyah), and grandchildren, Gaia, Daniel, Aurora, Joseph, and Michael. His father, Lester, and sisters, Diane, and Michele, will fondly remember him. Lester was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer, his mother, Marian, and his grandson, Joshua “Goose.”

Those who knew Lester will always recall his captivating stories and humor. He had a unique ability to make people laugh and feel at ease. His memory will continue to bring smiles to those who knew him.
