Obituary of Lewis Timothy Jones, Jr.

Lewis Timothy Jones Jr., known affectionately as Tim to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, at the age of 71, in his hometown of Saginaw, MI. Born on January 16, 1954, also in Saginaw. 

Tim was the beloved brother of Patrick "Mike" and sister Linda, and a cherished uncle to Jodi, Paul Jr., Chris, Patrick Jr., Amy, and Megan. He is predeceased by his wife Debbie, sister Sandy and parents Lewis and Edna. His role as a father to his stepson, James, was one of his greatest joys along with being a grandfather to James’ children Connor and Elijah. Tim's kind and loving nature extended to all aspects of his life and touched everyone he met. 

A man of many interests, Tim had a passion for music that was only rivaled by his love for motorcycles. Tim's hands were rarely still, as he was incredibly handy and could fix almost anything. This skill was a gift he generously shared with friends and neighbors, never missing an opportunity to lend a helping hand. 

Tim's legacy is one of kindness, love, and the joy of a life well-lived. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created will continue to bring comfort and smiles to those who were fortunate enough to know him.
