Obituary of Ronald Norman Reimold

Ronald N. Reimold passed away at his home on March 12th, 2025.
He was born  August 19, 1941, to the late Norman & Anna May (Murphy) Reimold.
Ron graduated from Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic High School in 1959. After graduating, he attended what was then Ferris College and received his certification in Commercial Printing. While attending Ferris, Ron would hitchhike back to Saginaw every weekend to see his girl, Mary Bernier. After completing college, he asked Mary for her hand in marriage. She accepted, and they married in 1963. In April, they would have celebrated 62 years of marriage.

In 1972, Ron bought Schmitt Printing in Saginaw Township and made it his by changing the name to Reimold Printing. Ron was a hardworking, generous person who was known for his (sometimes inappropriate) humor. He was blessed with the gift to gab and could strike up a conversation with a tree.

After raising 4 daughters, Ron was thrilled to welcome sons-in-law into his family and loved them like his own, always offering encouragement and advice.
Ron loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He cherished his time up north at their cottage in Harrisville on Lake Huron,  as well as time spent at the Whispering Moose hunting camp in the U.P.

His 13 grandchildren were the lights of his life. He was proud of each one and was always excited to hear of their adventures and accomplishments. His passion for outdoors lives on through his grandsons. He has left a lasting imprint on each one of their hearts, leaving them with countless,  beautiful memories.

Ron leaves behind his wife, Mary, his 4 daughters: Corey (Rob) Morse, Cathleen (Michael) White, Melissa (Stanley) Cabala, Amy (Paul) Feuerstein, 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grands,  and his special dog Annie (BoBo).

The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life service. In lieu of flowers, please consider giving to the Ronald N.
