Obituary of Barbara Jean Boyle
Barbara Jean Boyle, age 74 of Chesaning Michigan, and formerly of Alpena MI and Troy Alabama respectively, passed away surrounded by love on March 13, 2025. She enjoyed so many things throughout different times in her life. She served her country in the U.S. Army; she danced, she played cards, finally found a love that would last a lifetime, she crocheted, and spent time with her children and grandchildren. She loved her mystery and forensic file shows, and would love to watch them with other people to see who could figure out who the villain was first.
She was a fighter and because of that it gave us much more time with her. She worked at the U.S. Post office until an illness kept her home. Spending the rest of that time near family, living half a year in Michigan the other half in Alabama. Where if she had her way all of her daughters and grandchildren would have moved down there so there was no reason for her to come up to cold Michigan.
Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, James (Becky) Daniels, and Marlene (Mike) Stewart; her children, Wendy (John) Gould, Brandi (Chris) Mason, and Faith (Bob) Williams; her grandchildren, Travis and Kayla Gould, Stephani (Steven) Dwyer, Alison (Andrew) Breece, and Sarah Fredericksen; her great-grandchildren, Alyvia Dwyer, Zoey, Zane, Zenn Breece, Marilyn Pierce, and Richard Shaw; and her dear friends, Melissa and Erik Hastings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Marjorie Daniels; and the love of her life, Patrick Boyle.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1415 N. Center Rd., Saginaw MI 48638. To sign the online guestbook, visit www.cremationsocietymidmi.com Arrangements made with the Cremation Society of Mid Michigan.
