Sadly, Lisa was called by the Angels to join her family that predeceased her on March 26, 2025.  Lisa was born May 1, 1968, to the late Thelma Valentine (Witkovsky).  Lisa enjoyed a multitude of activities including sewing and quilting, camping. Lisa loved music and just enjoyed life and all it had to offer. In her younger years she loved her horses.

Lisa’s Daughter Caitlyn Clements was the Apple of her eye. In 2012 Lisa married her true soulmate, Edward Fransee and gained three bonus sons, Anthony, Alex, and Noah.
Together Lisa watched as all 4 children grew into fine young adults making their way through life. Loved watching her soulmate riding his motorcycle, often joining him on motorcycle trips.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Edward Fransee; her daughter, Caitlyn Clements; her bonus sons, Anthony Fransee, Alex Fransee and his wife Patty, & Noah Fransee; her grandson, Zayden; and her sister, Autumn Burgess.
