Obituary of Carl Roland Brethauer Parsons

Carl Roland Parsons, age 42, of Sanford, Michigan passed away April 6, 2025 at Brittany Manor in Midland, Michigan. Carl was born March 8,1983 in Midland to Larry A. and Carla (Davidson) Parsons. He attended Meridian Public Schools and went on to earn his CDL License. Carl had various employment, traveling with Billy Bones BBQ, for 10 years with Marsh Farms harvesting crops and driving semi, driving semi and running heavy equipment with his dad and their family businesses Eagle Trucking and Parsons Sand and Gravel, finally driving concrete truck for Fisher Sand and Gravel until his illness no longer enabled him to do so. Carl had many things that he loved, loading family and friends in his motor home for camping, fishing and BBQ weekends, many motorcycle trips with his dad and Richard Ray "WILD HOGS", drawing and painting semi-trucks and he was a 4-H member for 7 years as a child. 

Carl is survived by his son, Carl Robert Parsons; life partner, Amber Mosher; brother, Randy (Amanda) Parsons; mother, Carla Parsons Clute; step-mom, Mary Parsons; sister, Nichole (Doug) Doud; brother, Chris (Jackie) Thurlow; sister, Heather Thurlow; mother-in-law, Mary Mosher, sister-in-law, Anna (Edgar) Carrasco; brother-in-law, Robert (Amanda) Mosher Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Carl was predeceased by his father, Larry A Parsons; father-in-law, Robert Mosher Sr.; and grandparents, Roland and Mary Davidson, Gerald and Betty Parsons, and Carl and Marilyn Brethauer. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, and complete service details will announced later. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the family.
