In his younger years, he was an avid sports enthusiast, engaging in boxing, weightlifting, and football. These activities not only kept him fit and healthy but also taught him the values of discipline and teamwork that he carried throughout his life. Robert and his beloved wife, Juanita "Jane," shared a passion for cooking and community, which they turned into a successful venture, B & J Catering. For many years, they delighted in serving up delicious meals for events, large and small, bringing people together over shared tables. Robert was a cherished presence in the lives of his family members. He is survived by his devoted wife, Juanita "Jane"; his children, Brian L. Miller, Rick D. (Debbie) Miller, Sandra M. Robert's life was one of active engagement with the world around him, and his passing marks the end of an era for those who knew him. He leaves behind a tapestry of memories that will be cherished and shared by all who were fortunate enough to have known him. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
