Obituary of Deborah Ann Rosebrugh

In honor of Deborah “Deb” Ann Rosebrugh

Deb spent her life and passed away in Caro Michigan. She died on June 11, 2025, at 7:42pm.

She was born on April 28, 1951, in Saginaw Michigan to the late John and Joan (Moshier) Scott.

Deborah enjoyed every day of her life. From spending time with her grandkids and family to sitting on her patio or front porch with a cup of coffee and her embroidery enjoying the wind blowing through her beloved trees. 

She is survived by her husband, Ray W Rosebrugh; children, Parker M. (Nathaniel J.) Bertrand, and Kait M. Lynch and grandchildren, Aliyah M. Bertrand, Noah C. Bertrand. She is also survived by her siblings Sandra Rosebrugh, Lynn May, Patricia Smith, Wally Scott, and Gilbert Scott.

Deborah was predeceased by her siblings, Jerry Scott, Lawerence Scott, and Joann Delmotte.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 P.M. on July 19, 2025, at the American Legion - Caro, 110 W Frank St, Caro MI 48723. Deborah’s daughter, Parker Bertrand, will be leading and organizing the event in her honor. 

Flowers are welcome and those planning an expression of sympathy in the form of a donation are asked to consider memorial contributions to Covenant at Home-Hospice as they took the absolute best care of Deborah this last year.
