Obituary of Linda Lee Law
Linda Lee (Roberts) Law went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 23, 2025, at the age of 79, in the comfort of her home in Vassar, MI surrounded by her loving husband and children. She was born February 23, 1946, in Elkton, Michigan to the late Charles and Evelyn Roberts. Linda and Garold were married on April 21, 1962, and celebrated 63 years of marriage being each other’s best friends.
She enjoyed cooking, canning, sewing, boating, camping, embroidering, crocheting and spending time with her family. She attended the First Baptist Church of Vassar. She is survived by her loving husband, Garold Vern Law. Linda’s legacy is carried on by her three children, Jannette (Raymond) Bickel, Garold Law Jr., Reinette (David) VerBeek, and her dog Lucky. Her love will continue to bloom in the hearts of her grandchildren, Raymond (Amanda) Bickel, Jennifer (Nick) Mannor, Garold III (Sarah) Law, Edward (Roze) Law, Justina (Seth) Brandes, David Jr (Brittany) VerBeek, William (Rachel) VerBeek, Joslyn (David) Hasty, Jacob (Kelsey) VerBeek, Hannah (Ryan) Spencer, Lindzie (Jon) Lambert, and Joshua (Jewels) VerBeek; as well as her 40 great-grandchildren who all deeply love her. Left to cherish memories of Linda are siblings, Vera Wark, Betty Law, Ruth Vuillemot, Janet Harris, and Doug (Sherry) Roberts; sister-in-law, Vera Law; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Evelyn Roberts; sister, Lila Maurer; brothers, David Roberts and Kenny Roberts; brothers-in-law, Leroy Law and Herman Law; and grandchildren, Abbigail & Samuel VerBeek.
She was being taken care of by her loving husband Garold, daughters Jannette and Reinette, granddaughters Hannah and Lindzie, and niece Tina.
The family was in the care of Heart to Heart Hospice. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service at this time.
