Bill was a man of many talents—a true master of all trades who could fix anything and was always ready to lend a helping hand. Known for his kindness, generosity, and quiet strength, he lived a life rooted in love for his family and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife and partner in life’s adventures, Sheryl Ann VanSipe. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and shared memories. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Diann (Paul) Badger; brother, Larry VanSipe; and brother-in-law, Thomas Snyder.
He is survived by his devoted son, Cary (Marie) VanSipe, and cherished grandchildren, Lorne VanSipe, Daniel Stevens, and Madison VanSipe. He is also survived by his loving sister, Vicki Snyder; sister-in-law, Cindy VanSipe; a large extended family of nieces and nephews, Lena (John) Hall, Nanette (Vern) Compeau, Amy (Steve) Taljonick, Becky (Tim) Rapacz, Lacey (Clayton) Gilde, and Josh VanSipe; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the many special friends and neighbors whose kindness, support, and companionship meant so much throughout the years.
Bill loved the outdoors—whether it was hunting, gardening, golfing, or simply spending time "up north." But more than anything, he treasured time with family and friends. He was always looking out for those around him and making sure everyone was cared for. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, strength, and selflessness will live on in all who knew him.
