Cynthia Sue Balcer passed away on August 2, 2025, and was born on August 17, 1960, in Flint, Michigan to the late Carol Murphy and Gerald Smith.
Cynthia worked for many years in Michigan manufacturing companies making auto parts. She enjoyed going to the beach with her kids. She loved a good chocolate shake and was a collector of all things lighthouses. Cynthia also loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Kelly Swanton (Tacy), Rebecca Swanton, Ryan (Evey) Swanton, Kandace (Alex) Sorenson, Kristina (Zach) Triltsch and her many grandchildren. She is also survived by her three siblings and her best friend Lorie Donnelly.
