Obituary of James Brenton Henderson, Jr.

James B. Henderson Jr., age 71, of Kawkawlin, passed away September 18, 2025, at home surrounded by family.

James Brenton Henderson Jr. was born in Flint to the late James and Joan (Zelenka) Henderson on December 8, 1953.  He married Sandra Kay Timrick on August 3, 1973, in Alpena, Michigan and celebrated 52 years of marriage.

James worked many years for East Penn Manufacturing, and enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, and time spent with family and friends.

Surviving are his wife, Sandi of Kawkawlin Michigan; son, Jereme (Cristin) Henderson of Linwood, Michigan; daughter, Jamee (James) Krause of Texas City, Texas; 5 grandchildren; a sister, Sheree Munroe of Bay City, Michigan; a sister-in-law, Andi Ball of Marble Falls, Texas; and many nieces and nephew.  He was preceded in death by his brother Kelly; brothers-in-law, Wayne Munroe and Lonnie Ball; and his father and mother-in-law, Robert and Roberta Timrick.
