Obituary of Robert David McGowan

Robert David McGowan “Rob”, age 64, formerly from Saginaw County, passed away Friday December 5, 2025. He retired as a Sales Rep. at General RV and previously worked as a Sales Rep. at Thelen. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Bridgeport Gun Club. He loved football and was a devoted Detroit Lions fan, yes even in 2008. He also enjoyed playing golf at Maple Leaf and going camping. He was quite the chef when cooking over an open fire. He always had a booming social life, loved to laugh and spend time with friends and loved ones. He was a beloved brother, father, grandfather and friend. Preceded in death by his father Robert Clark McGowan, his beloved mother Linda Pockrandt, and sister Kellie Boyk. Survived by his two children, Cody McGowan and Gretchen Moore, and his two granddaughters, Willow and Hannah Moore.
