His sense of duty led him to serve his country in the United States Army, a period of his life he reflected on with great pride. With his hardwork ethic he dedicated 39 years at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. Harold found joy in the simple pleasures. He was often found fishing along the Saginaw River, where he appreciated the serenity of nature and the thrill of the catch. Harold's love for the outdoors was also seen in his passion for bike riding, an activity that provided him with both exercise and contemplation.

The heart of Harold's world was his family. He cherished the moments spent with loved ones, whether it was sharing stories around the dinner table or cheering on his grandchildren at their various activities. His wisdom, humor, and unwavering support were the cornerstones of the family, and his presence created a warmth that will be deeply missed.

Harold's life was a testament to the values of loyalty, kindness, and hard work. He was a man who loved deeply, laughed heartily, and lived fully.
