Obituary of Stewart Allan Woods

Stewart Allan Woods of Flint, Michigan passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026 at his residence.  Stewart was born on October 4, 1938 in Flint, Michigan.  He served in the United States Marines and retired from General Motors.  He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and friends. 

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Woods; his children, Judy (Art) Kapa of Mayville, daughter-in-law Susan Kreger of Fostoria, son, Scott (Stacy) Woods of Fenton, son, Jason Diedrichs (Heather Arnott), son, Mathew Diedrichs, and daughter, Allison (Mitch) Hosford; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  A special thank you to Dave and Donna Bolton, Kirk Crafts, and Steven and Tami Clear who were his long-time friends.  Stewart was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Erma (Fessenden) Woods; his first spouse, Leota (Kreger) Woods; and son, Stephen Kreger.  To sign online guestbook, visit www.cremationsocietymidmi.com  Arrangements made with the Cremation Society of Mid Michigan.
