Bernice was a wonderful lady. I was blessed to know her and Walt and the family. Sally was my best friend in high school. I used to hang out at their house all the time. I have such wonderful fond memories. Recently a few years ago I came and visited her while I was in Michigan. I was amazed how great she looked and how well she was doing. I know that she loved her Lord, and that she is rejoicing. My condolences goes out to all the children and especially Sally. I will be keeping you all in prayer. If I lived in Michigan, I would come to the funeral, but I’m a little too far away here in Tennessee. God bless you all. You were very fortunate to have had your mom for so many years.
