Obituary of Ronald Jack Comby

Ronald Jack "Ron" Comby, age 61, of Prescott, Michigan, passed away on March 4, 2026, in Prescott. Born on July 27, 1963, in Detroit, Michigan to Ronald Allen Comby and Geraldine Louise Marcotte. Ron lived a life filled with adventure, love for the outdoors, and devotion to his family.

Ron is survived by his beloved wife, Rebekah; his parents, Ronald Comby and Geraldine Marcotte; and his cherished children: Jessica Comby, Jolene (Robert) Ensign, Nicole Comby, Brooke Lalonde, and Oliver Comby. He was also the grandfather of Violet Ensign. Ron’s sister, Deborah Vandyke, also survives him. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Charlotte Aumann.

An avid outdoorsman with a passion for camping, off-roading, and fishing, Ron found joy in nature and shared many memorable moments with those he loved. Above all else, he treasured spending time with his family and creating lasting memories together.

A celebration of Ron’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help fund a future memorial service for Ron.
