Skip was born on August 23, 1964, in Bay City, Michigan, to the late Keith and Sandra Inskeep. He passed away on April 14, 2026, at McLaren Bay Region Hospital in Bay City, following a brief illness.

Skip loved his Husky dogs, especially his late husky, Brody, and his husky, Luna. He valued time with his children and took the most pride in his grandchildren. He was a simple man who enjoyed simple things and never asked for more than he needed.

He is survived by his sister, Terra; his children, Ashley (Chris) Hutchins, Steven Inskeep, Brandon (Rachel) Inskeep, Kevin Inskeep, Bobbi (Jessie) Studs, Dani (Brad) Ciesielski, Tony (Hope) La Forge, and Ian Inskeep; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Dessa, Mariah, Jaxson, Riley, Cheyann, Hannah, Savanna, Tyler, Gabriel, Mariana, Markese, Valerie, Elizabeth, Evelin, Emma, and Arlo.

Skip had a love for fast muscle cars and motorcycles and enjoyed watching drag racing, sports cars, and muscle cars, both in person and on TV. His other passion was spending time with his friends at the Bay City Dog Park.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a contribution may consider a donation in honor of Skip, as Wishes of the Family.
