Obituary of Thomas William Leidlein II
Thomas William Leidlein II, “Tom,” of Standish, Michigan, formerly of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2026, at the age of 54, while holding the hands of his daughter and sister.
Tom was born on November 5, 1971, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Thomas William Leidlein and Sue Ellen (Peters) Leidlein.
Tom was known for his loving, caring, and funny personality. He had a way of bringing smiles to everyone he met with his fun and sarcastic nature. He loved his family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. Tom enjoyed hunting, working on cars with his best friend, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Bradley (Raven) Leidlein and Allie Leidlein; his grandchildren, Brody Crane and Sylas Leidlein; his sister, Anne (Thomas) Kowalski; his stepmother, Ann Leidlein; his nephews, Carson, Porter, and Hudson Kowalski; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Sue Leidlein; his grandparents; several uncles; cousins; and his best friend, Rick Denby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be announced by the family.
