Daniel Ray Bartz

September 11, 1971 - May 3, 2026

Daniel Ray Bartz of Midland Michigan, beloved brother and loving uncle and friend to many, passed away on May 3, 2026.

Dan was born on September 11, 1971 to George Harold Bartz and Marlene (Granzo) Bartz, the youngest of four children.  Daniel attended Midland High School graduating in 1990.  Following high school, he received his Associate’s Degree in Welding from Delta College. 

Anything you ask Dan to help with he never hesitated to say yes. Dan was a huge Detroit Red Wings fan and knew most all of the NFL stats and was an avid Detroit Lions fan.

Daniel is survived by his sister, RaNae Bartz, and brother, George M. Bartz. He loved every single niece and nephew he had. He was also the hub for many many friends, near and far.  He was predeceased by his parents, and not long ago his brother Kevin L Bartz.

Per Daniel’s wishes cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
