Obituary of Alycelynn Marie Rachuba
Alycelynn “Peony” Rachuba, age 59, earned her wings on May 2, 2026, peacefully, with her family by her side. She was born April 21, 1967 in Bay City Michigan to the late Alycelynn Smith-Rotarius and Bernard Horning. Peony is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Scott Rachuba. She will be deeply missed by her 3 sons, Chris, David and Eric, along with her loving grandchildren and great-grandson. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Peony was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Grace; her mother, Alyce; father, Bernard; and 3 siblings, Debbie, Vickie, and Tim. In life Peony enjoyed working as a dental assistant for Dr. Payne & Payne DDS. Peony also enjoyed reading and most of all spending time her grandchildren. She was welcomed into heaven by the hand of the lord and her daughter Jennifer Grace.
