Obituary of Sandra Linn Moody

Sandra Linn Moody, of Midland, Michigan, passed away on June 22, 2026, at Huron Woods Nursing Centre, surrounded by the love of her family.

Sandra was born on December 12, 1952, in Midland, Michigan, to Charles Harder and the former Etta Richards of Beaverton, Michigan. She graduated from Beaverton High School in 1971.

On November 21, 1973, she married Tom Bock, and together they welcomed two daughters, Tammy and Lori. On October 16, 2004, she married Steven Moody, who remained her loving husband and companion.

Sandra found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved camping, playing bingo, spending time with her family, and watching the Hallmark Channel. One of her greatest joys was cheering on her grandchildren at soccer and basketball games, rarely missing an opportunity to support them from the sidelines. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she took great pride in decorating her home and creating special memories for those she loved.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Etta Harder; her brothers, Eugene Harder and Robert Harder; and her sisters, Charlene Harder and Mary LaBelle.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Moody; her daughters, Tammy (Wayne) Spencer of Surprise, Arizona, and Lori (Gordie) Kepsel of Midland, Michigan; her stepchildren, Michael (Monica) Moody of St. Johns, Michigan, and David (Patty) Moody of Midland, Michigan; her grandchildren, Rachel, Justin, Miller, Austin, Delaney, Kelsey, Shelby, Morgan, and Madison; and her great-grandchildren, Mason, Maggie, Tyson, Ronan, Adelina

Sandra will be remembered for her love of family, her generous heart, her unwavering support of her children and grandchildren, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
