Denice Jean Graebner, age 71, of Bay City Michigan, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 25th, 2026, at the Bay County Medical Care Facility.  She was born in Bay City  Michigan September 4, 1954  to the late William and Ethel (Murphy) Graebner, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, and working on puzzles. Her passion was with her horses. After graduating from Bay City Central High School in 1972, she attended Delta College where she graduated as a Phi Theta Kappa. She then was employed as a Staff Chemist and a Metallurgist. She moved to Colorado and enjoyed spending time in the mountains fishing or watching the wild mustangs. 

She is survived by her daughter, Devan (Mike) Hall; sister, Chris Zingg “Charlie”; grandchildren, Ashley (Austin) Nelson, Brandon (Brittany George) Geiersbach, and Cheyenne (Jimmy) Geiersbach; great-grandchildren, Hailey and Hannah Nelson; nephews, Christopher (fiancèe, Lane Shaw) and Corey (Melissa) Graebner; along with numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins, Kris and Kevin Kilgore and Marcia (Louie) Leiterman. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; brother, William “Billy” Graebner; sister, Barbara Graebner; son, Daniel “Danny” Geiersbach; and granddaughter, Mariah Hall.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm, August 5, 2026, at Bay Valley Christian Church, 2535 Wilder Rd., Bay City MI 48706.
