Short, Kenneth Edward
Passed away on November 10, 2020 at the age of 85. He was born on December 30, 1934 to the late Willis Vernon Short and Honor L. (Chase) Short in Saginaw County.
He grew up in Freeland, MI and lived his adult life in Midland, MI. He was a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Local #85, Saginaw, Michigan as a welder for 45 years.
He was a loving father, known for always being there. He was jack of all trades, able to fix anything. He was a doting grandpa, wanting to pad the entire house for the babies in case they fell. Also being a fun grandpa, going to the park and watching movies with them.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lois E. Short; daughters, Amy Kay (Short) Flach; grandchildren, Michaela Morgan Taylor Flach, Eden Elaina Leah Flach, Dakota Dean Kramer, and Alexis Eileen Kramer. He was predeceased by daughter, Shana Lee (Short) Kramer; brothers; Vernon (Marion) Short, Milton (Phyllis) Short, Ronald (Nyla) Short, Donald Short, Gerald (Kim) Short; sisters, Dorothy (Buster) Brandt, Cora (Kenneth) Roberson, and Marjorie Short.
