Shalar K. Vaughn of Bay City, Michigan passed away on April 10, 2024. She was born on February 7, 1982 to Gerald and Virginia Vaughn in Jackson, Mississippi. Shalar enjoyed laughing and spreading joy to others. She was a loving and gentle soul that people gravitated towards.
She is survived by her daughter, Damaya Hartwick; son, Dakota Bolte; father, Gerald Vaughn; sister, Shannah Vaughn; aunt, Rosa Holliday; and niece, Jayla Allen. She was predeceased by her mother, Virginia Vaughn. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
