Obituary of Mary Ann Leonard

Mary Ann (Lewis) Leonard, age 75, of Midland, died Monday morning, August 26, 2024 at home. She was born May 24, 1949 in Gladwin.  She was the daughter of the late Clarence Lewis, Sr. and Maxine (Hudson) Lewis. She attended Meridian Schools, graduating from Meridian High School. On October 23, 1976, she married Duane Perry Leonard in Beaverton. She enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren, camping with family and friends, playing bingo, and crocheting.

She is survived by her three daughters, Antoinette (Philip) Studer of Midland, Chandra (Brad) Bromley of Midland, and Brandie Walker of Midland; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 13 siblings; and many nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by one daughter, Maxine Jean (Candy) Leonard in October 1991; her husband, Duane Perry Leonard in February 2006; and her brother, Clarence Lewis, Jr. in January 2012.
