Hector passed away July 6, 2021 at the age of 45. He was born in Bay City on November 2, 1975 to Ruby Ybanez and the late Ruben Ybanez. He was a member of the I.B.E.W and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and working.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie ybanez; two sons, Jay Ybanez and William Ybanez; two brothers, Raymond Ybanez and Carlos Ybanez; one sister, Inez Ybanez-Moreno; mother and father-in-law, William and Dianne Aspin; several nieces and nephews; and two great-nieces, his namesake, Santana Rios and Naomi Ellis.
