Obituary of Virgil Edward Carl Staudacher

Staudacher, Virgil Edward Carl “Buster” Bay City, Michigan Even while he had other plans, our father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother was called to his heavenly home on August 10, 2021 at age 71 after a short illness. Virgil was born, and lived his entire life in Bay City, and was born on November 28, 1949 to the late Virgil and Thelma (Reed) Staudacher. After high school he enlisted in the Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge upon completion of his military service. He worked for General Motors for 31 years at Grey Iron and Nodular Iron. Virgil was a licensed pilot, an avid gardener, and loved to shoot pool and tinker with old vehicles and motorcycles. Virgil is survived by his children, Virgil III and Charity Ann (Ryan, companion) Staudacher; grandchildren, Shane (Kristen), Sierra and Sean Rodriquez, and Noah; three great-grandchildren, Xavier, Elijah, and Kensley Rodriquez; a brother, Thomas (Ann); sisters, Pat (Dave) Maxim and Clara (Kevin) Kuch; many nieces and nephews.
