Obituary of James Clyde Johnson

James Clyde Johnson of Saginaw MI, at the age of 60, went home to be with the lord on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. James was Born February 28th, 1961. The beloved son of Jeanette Landeryou & Stepfather (Milo) and the Late Charles D. Johnson. He was a member of the Old Town Christian Outreach Church in Saginaw Michigan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and his Fiancé Debbie Teenier and going on vacations, he enjoyed working on vehicles, fishing, camping, playing, and scratching lottery tickets and playing Bingo, and listening to George jones and spending time with his daughter and granddaughter. James was a jack of all trades but over all loved helping others at any time of need. He enjoyed getting in his Baby Blue Monte Carlo and driving and sporting it around. James is survived by his Fiancé Debbie Teenier; children, Brittney and Rickey; granddaughter, Shania; siblings, Jeanne & (Steve) Lapine, Chuck & (Tanya) Johnson, Marietta & (Timothy) Near, George Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Rick Near& (girlfriend Diane), Barbra & (Tony) Rosin, Dawn & (Rick) Morgan, Diane & (Don) Stenger, Jerry& (Barb) Near, and Gary Near; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Charles D. Johnson; step-mother, Sharon; step-father, Satch; grandparents; brother, William Near; great-niece, Alilia Markel; and great-nephew, Steven Markel. A Memorial Service will take place at 3 p.m., October 2, 2021 at Old Town Christian Outreach Church, 600 Gratiot Ave, Saginaw MI, 48602 (989-249-8696) Visitation will be held prior to the service from at 2:00 p.m. until service time.
