Obituary of Albert Allen Adams

Adams, Albert A. Lupton, MI (formerly of Swartz Creek, MI) Albert, age 77, passed away peacefully September 26, 2021 after battling multiple myeloma and kidney failure. He was born June 14, 1944 to the late Lewis and Florence Isabelle Adams of Long Lake, MI. He was a charter member of the Eagles Club in Hale, MI and charter president of the Linden Lions Club. He took great pride in being a retired Marine Reservist. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, boating, hunting (guiding for Seven Mile Hunt in Meeker, CO), panning for gold on his claim in Arizona, construction, and working with his hands (wood whittling and jewelry making). He loved his labs, always having one as a constant companion. He was active with lawn and construction projects after retiring from General Motors as a body repairman. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia (Mathias) Adams; his children, Aaron Adams (Brian) and Heather Landis (Doyle); his granddaughters, Georgie and Frankie; sisters, Betty Riddick, Pat Sparks, and Alberta Schrage; brother-in-law, Michael Meyers; beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins; and more friends that he loved like family. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Morehouse; sister-in-law, Sally Meyers; nephew, Roy Schrage; and niece, Lynne Meyers.
