Obituary of Paul Michael Turner

Paul “Pauly” M. Turner, age 44, of Saginaw, and formerly of Freeland, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021. He was born in Saginaw Michigan, July 25, 1977 to Carl and Kimberly (Young) Turner. Paul loved being outside. During his high school years, he enjoyed sports and still holds many local titles in Track and Field. In addition, he worked for several area Landscaping companies. He was an avid football fan, for local, college, and professional teams, and couldn’t wait for fall to come so he could enjoy hours of football watching. Friends and new acquaintances alike felt he was a true friend, and that any friend he made, was a friend for life. He was particularly special to his niece, who affectionately referred to him as “Uncle Pauly”, and they enjoyed many hours of time together making memories. He is survived by his parents, Carl and Kimberly Turner; his brother, Carl (Trudi) Turner of Freeland; his nephew, Andrew Harper; his special niece, Ariana; a special friend, Heather; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and too many friends to list. He was predeceased by his siblings, Dessa and Michael. No services are scheduled for this fall, but are being planned for July 2022. A confirmed date will be published at a later time.
