Obituary of Carol Marie Norris

Carol M. Norris, age 82, of Saginaw, Michigan, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away Friday, November 5, 2021. Carol was born in Saginaw Michigan on February 1, 1939 to Frank and Madeline (Kobylzak) Dudek. She grew up in Carrollton, Michigan, attended St. Josaphat’s Catholic School, and graduated from Arthur Hill High School. She recently retired from her long-term position with the Saginaw Public/Township Schools. She was always a ray of sunshine to the children and she loved working with them. Carol loved doing anything that would keep her mind busy. She was always catching up on a crime show or watching her game shows. She also enjoyed playing cards, board games, bingo and crossword puzzles. She especially loved beating everyone at Scrabble! Carol leaves to cherish her memory, Lissa Norris and Cameren Matthews, who loved her dearly and were the light of her life; a special friend, Jennifer Lepeak; great-grandsons, Mariano Rivera, Kingston and Rome De La Herrera who were a comfort to her and brought her much joy. She loved watching them grow! Also surviving are her daughters, Laura Schultz and Autumn Norris; granddaughter, Zoey Carey; grandson, Joshua Beeckman; sister, Melinda Bedford; brothers, Frank Dudek Jr. and Richard Dudek; and 13 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Madeline Dudek; a daughter, April Norris; a son, Brian Norris; brothers, James Dudek and Stanley Dudek; and sister, Kathleen “Kay” Archangeli. Honoring Carol’s final wishes, cremation has taken place and no memorial service will be held. She will forever be in our hearts. To sign online guestbook, visit www.cremationsocietymidmi.com
