Obituary of Sheila Ruth Chaddah

Sheila R. Chaddah of Saginaw, Michigan Beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at her home. She was 37 years old. Sheila R. Chaddah was born on June 10, 1984, in Saginaw, Michigan to Vidya and Debra (Borland) Chaddah. She was a 2002 graduate of Nouvel Catholic Central High School. Following graduation, Sheila graduated Saginaw Valley State University where she proudly graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education. She recently completed her last class to receive her Master’s Degree in Special Education. Sheila has a second-degree black belt. Sheila enjoyed staying active, especially spending time golfing, bicycling, and running in the annual Nautical City Marathon in Rogers City. Above all, she treasured and cherished her family. The love of her life was her beloved Bichon Frise, Truffle. Sheila will forever be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and beautiful laugh, her wisdom and advice, and for her indomitable spirit. Surviving are her parents, Vidya and Debra Chaddah of Saginaw; siblings, Heather (Matt), Neil (Joanna), Rachel, and Lucas; two nieces, Aubree and Mackenzie; and nephew, Nathan. Also surviving are many loved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Honoring Sheila’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will take place at Saint Peter & Paul Church, 4735 W Michigan Ave., Saginaw on November 20, 2021. Father Steven Gavit will officiate. Family and friends are welcome to visit with the family at the church from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00a.m. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Autism Society of Michigan or Saint Dominic Parish.
