Obituary of Annesta Elaine Bennett

Bennett, Annesta Elaine Bennett Davison, Michigan (formerly of Alger, MI) Annesta, age 83, died January 1, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at her residence. She fought a long battle against ovarian cancer. Annesta was born in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada on August 10, 1938, to the late Percival and Betty (Craig) MacMillan. She married the love of her life, Jesse Bennett and they shared 64 years together. Annesta was a Kelly Girl for many years. She enjoyed time with her family, shopping with her daughters and sisters, reading, puzzles, playing cards, traveling, and winters in Texas. Annesta is survived by her husband Jesse; four daughters, Deborah (Jerry) Ervin, Karen (Greg) Wilcox, Janice Vizcarra, and Susan Griffin; grandchildren, Eric (Melissa) Ervin, Jamie (Kathrin) Luce, Kelly (Brian) Peck, Alexi (Heather) Vizcarra, Jesse Vizcarra, and Michael Griffin; 9 great grandchildren; and her best friends who are also her siblings, Nola Burchell and Vicki (Larry) Konya. She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Angela Woods; and her grandson, Bob Vizcarra. Special thanks to Kindred Hospice.
