Obituary of Betty Jane Shellenbarger

Betty J. Shellenbarger, age 85, of Hale, Michigan passed away January 4, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on March 1, 1936 in Reese, Michigan to Clarence and Alvina Haske. Betty enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, entertaining, shopping, gardening, knitting, crocheting, and time with her dog. Betty is survived by her children, Kathleen Koopmann and her husband, Uwe Koopmann, Linda Perron, Roberta Carmichael, and Eugene Shellenbarger and his wife Roxy Shellenbarger; her grandchildren, Sarah Williams, Ryan Macaulay, Danielle Michalski, Ashley Koopmann, Tiffiney White, Andrew Koopmann, and Kaden Shellenbarger; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Shellenbarger; her son, Timothy Macaulay; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Carmichael and Alex Carmichael.
