Mary graduated from Saint James High School. Her first job was at the City Dairy and after graduation she worked as a cashier at Knepps, then Goddeynes Hardware. She later worked at the Shoemarket in Downtown Bay City while raising her kids. She enjoyed her casino trips to Las Vegas or anywhere in Michigan with her husband Jim, but what they loved more than anything was their family time. Mary was a kind, generous, and forgiving woman. Her sweet smile, giggle and warm presence will stay with us forever. Cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date. A special thanks to Close To Home Assisted Living who made it possible for Mary to be with her family during her brief illness.
