On March 7, 2022, at the age of 24, Ashton Hull gained his wings. Ashton was born to Brandy Hull in Traverse City on February 3, 1998. Ashton was a member of the Big Brother Big Sisters, the Boy Scouts, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was always willing to help anyone in need, and was a super hero to many.
He was a warrior against a rare brain cancer, and fought for 245 days to stay alive for his children. Ashton enjoyed playing with his kids and nephews, dancing, listening to music, and bringing laughter into a room. He was free spirited and loved life. He was very devoted to his two kids, Stella and Elliott, as well as his family. He enjoyed skateboarding, x-box, spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, and doing lawn work. He liked to watch spider-man, Trailer Park Boys, Clifford the Movie, and many other movies and shows.
Ashton is survived by his kids, Stella Hull and Elliott Hull; his mother, Brandy Hull; his dad-not by blood but by love, Daniel Helber Jr.; his sister, Kayla (Hull) Colby; nephews, Seathan Colby and Owan Colby; brother, William Robinson II; sister, Kylie Tunnacliff; aunt, Dawn (Hull) Allen; uncle, Jim Allen; cousins, Gavin Allen and Madison Allen; grandparents-not by blood but by love, Dorothy Tanner, Jeanette Warner, and grandpa Gene Warner.
Waiting for him to come home was grandma, Colleen Hull; grandpa-by love not blood, Carl Tanner; uncle, Dan (Goonie) Tanner; aunt, Noreda (Tanner) Nagel; and cousin, Brandon Harper.
A Memorial Service for friends and family will be held at 1:00 p.m., April 9, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1415 N. Center Rd., Saginaw, Michigan, with Bishop John Lowery officiating. A luncheon will follow the service.
