Valerie Lynn (James) Main, a native of Saginaw, Michigan passed away Saturday, May 21st at the age of 67 years young. She was born on February 3, 1955 to the Parents of Alice and Edward James. Valerie enjoyed life! She loved animals, birds, strays of all kinds including Pete the Peacock…our quote to her was always “If you build it they will come”. Animals, people, life came to Valerie. She was a ray of sunshine. You could not pass her without smiling and loving everything about her. She worked as a Phlebotomist for most of her life and enjoyed her patients. Valerie also worked as a Full Time Mother, she was talented in all skills and a Jack of all Trades including, carpentry, upholstery, sewing and most certainly rearranging furniture and cleaning. Valerie was very active in the outdoors, as an avid hunter and fisherwoman. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and family. Her life was filled with love, she was strong and would do anything for anyone. Valerie worked up until the last few weeks of her life. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer mid April 2022 and put up the fight of her life to be here with everyone. Valerie was surrounded by all of her loved ones in her home. During her passing, her time was spent embracing their property that her and Dave spent so much time making beautiful. Her life will not soon nor ever be forgotten. She was and always will be a grace of God that we were so fortunate to be a part of.
