September 24, 1956 – June 7, 2022

Rick, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 with his loving family by his side. Ricky loved being on the road, whether it was for work or for pleasure. His special talent was cooking. He always made every holiday special for the family with the wonderful dinners he prepared. He also loved animals, especially dogs. However, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family, and playing a thrilling game of Euchre or Uno.

He is survived by his fiancé Laura Rezler; his sister, Sherry Kay VanConant; his daughter, Heather Krish; his step-son, Nicholas (Amber) Rezler; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Lily and Finn. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles; his mother, Betty; and sister, Kathleen. The family would like to thank the staff at Medilodge in Midland, MI and the staff at Promedica Heartland for their excellent care. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, July 23, 2022 at “the pond”, 2827 N. West River Road, Sanford, Michigan 48657.
