Mrs. Howell passed away on July 19, 2022 at the age of 61. She was born on August 12, 1960 to the late Eldon and Nancy (Shaw) Dean, in Bay City.

Kimberly was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend to many, and was affectionately known as "Mimi". She will be remembered for her love of family. Kim loved spending time with her family, and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed flowers, sewing, and playing with her four-legged friend Saddie, and listening to Elvis.

Kimberly is survived by her loving husband Mark Howell and their children Mark (Melissa) Howell, Tonya (Rodney) Timm, Josh Howell and his fiancé Amanda Mendoza.  She is survived by her grandchildren Marcus Howell and his fiancé Ariel Robertson, Mackenzie Howell, Gracie Howell, Haylee Timm, Daniel Timm, and Khloi Rodriguez. Also surviving her is sister Kristy (Aaron) Meyer, special aunt Crystal (Steve) Sparks, mother and father-in-law Sharlene and Michael Howell,many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Kimberly was predeceased by her brother Kenneth Dean.

The family wishes to express their thanks and gratitude to the McLaren 4 East nurses, McLaren Hospice, and the Bay Medical Care Facility for their care and compassion.

A celebration of life will be held at the Bay City State Park 3582 State Park Dr. Bay City, MI 48706 on September 17, 2022 from 12:30 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
