Mark A. Gifford, age 64, of Saginaw, Michigan passed away September 25, 2022. He was born in Saginaw on June 8, 1958 to the late Sharon Elliott and Norman Gifford. He is survived by his sister, Ellen (Deanna) Giffant; and father, Norman Gifford. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Gifford. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
