Obituary of Lois Dowis

Lois M. Dowis (Bryce)

 

Saginaw, MI

 

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend passed away peacefully on January 17, 2023 at the age of 81 years surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on January 31, 1941 to the late Catherine and Glen Bryce.

 

Lois was a member of a ladies card and game club with some of her best friends for years.

 

Lois enjoyed spending time at home with her loved ones. She was a very active and independent strong woman who enjoyed taking care of her home and others. Her favorite hobby was solitaire and she was an avid Detroit Tigers fan.

 

Lois is survived by her son Craig (Diana Amy) Miller; grandchildren, Joe Terjek II, Liz Chiaramonte, Andrew Amy, Mike Amy; great-grandchildren, Remi, Madi, Zepp; siblings, Fred (Sandy), Sharon, Everett, Dick, Don (Delma), Janet (Carl); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 

Lois was predeceased by her son Joe Terjek; sister Pat; brothers Ron and Ray.

 

Lois will have a celebration of life to be determined at a future date.

 

Lois left this world and transitioned into the next at peace and full of love. Lois wanted everyone to be happy and love each other. May her beautiful soul watch over us and her love be with us forever.
