Eugene passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 58.  He was born on July 5, 1964, in Bay City, MI.  Gene enjoyed outdoor activities which included hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and trail riding.  He also enjoyed his dogs Rosco and Webster. 

Gene is survived by his sons, Jesse, Brandon, and Zachary; his grandson, Tommie; his siblings, Meloney (Allen) Weber, Scott Rettelle, and Kerri (Mark) Lonc; and several other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife Donna; son, Steven; and parents, Vicki Rettelle and Clay Rettelle.
