Leroy was my neighbor over on Mill Street back in the 80s. What a helpful, fun and fine man he was.
I remember one especially fun time with Leroy when we all dressed up for a Halloween party. I believe he was the cowardly lion from Wizard of Oz. What a night!
Every time I would see him around town he would say hello and we would catch up with one another for a few fine moments.
And he was a great dancer! What a gem. I’m sorry for your loss.
