Obituary of Dianna Traster

Dianna Jean Traster of Caro, age 71, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023, with her family by her side. Dianna was born September 24, 1951 in Mitchell, Indiana the daughter of the late William and Iva Bland.  On December 20, 1978 Dianna married her best friend and love her of life. Together they shared forty-four years of marriage and countless memories.

She enjoyed traveling, camping and genealogy. Dianna loved to watch crime shows, spend time supporting veterans and was a wonderful cook. Above all else, Dianna’s children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Dianna leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband Edward Lloyd Traster. Her children, Stanford Powell (Amy), Sammie Jo Traster, Lisa Badour, and Ron Traster (Jody). Grandchildren, Krystian Garcia (Stacy), Karysa Powell, Kayden Powell, Angie Solinski (Tony), Krissy Stine (Brian) Jeremy Putman, Mike Traster, Kaylee Traster, along with several great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Along with brothers Donald Bland (Shirley), Jerry Bland and sister Sheila Randall.   In addition to her parents, Dianna was preceded in death by her siblings, Alberta Burlingame, Jenny Curtis, Boe Bland, Bonnie Spooner, Leslie Bland, and Bud Bland.

In keeping with Dianna’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. A memorial will take place at a later date.
