Bradley passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the age of 73. He received wonderful care in his final days at the Toni & Trish House, surrounded by his family and friends. Bradley was born in Saginaw, Michigan, on September 6,1949 to the late Oleta & Roman Stricker. He married the love of his life on December 1, 1973, and they enjoyed 49 wonderful years together. He and his wife, Christine, were members of the First United Methodist Church of Bay City and then of Kawkawlin Community Church. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol for over 20 years and was very proud of his leadership roles within his unit. During his tenure as Squadron Commander he helped to mentor one cadet on their way to the AF academy, and five others became active members of different branches, and recently receiving an achievement award for his service. He enjoyed flying RC planes/rockets, camping, and most importantly, joy rides with his wife. A man of strong faith and duty to his community, he showed his dedication by driving the church bus at FUMC, and later driving for the Bay City Public Schools.
Bradley's memory will live on through his surviving family members, his wife, Christine Stricker; daughter, Alana (Rodney Jr) Holliday; son, Jason Stricker; grandchildren, Jacy, Jarod, Jakob Holliday, and Addalyne Stricker. A Memorial Service will be held at1 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Kawkawlin Community Church, 311 Grove Street, Kawkawlin MI. The family will receive friends at church prior to the service from 12 pm – 1 pm. A luncheon will follow the service.
