Obituary of Allan Arthur Kuehmemund

Allan, our father, grandfather, great-grandfather, veteran, and friend to many, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 74.

He was born in Bay City, Michigan on October 9, 1948, to the late Arthur and Betty (Felske) Kuehnemund.  He graduated from Bay City High School, then went on to serve his country in the Vietnam War from April 1968 to April 1970.  He then began working at General Motors Corporation, and after 9 years, he left to pursue his true passion which was farming and farm management.  Allan tried hard to spend his spare time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  God blessed him with three sons, three grandsons, and two great-grandchildren. 

Surviving to carry on his love of family and the outdoors are his two sons, Anson (Jennifer) Kuehnemund and Jared Kuehnemund; his three grandsons, Marcus (Becky) Kuehnemund, Justin (Audrena) Kuehnemund, and Austin Kuehnemund; two great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Riley; and two brothers, Ken Kuehnemund and Den (Bonnie) Kuehnemund. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Betty (Felske) Kuehnemund; his son, Matthew Kuehnemund; and his step-mother, Beverly Kuehnemund.

The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at the Aleda E.
