Anita “Lorraine” passed away May 8, 2023 at the age of 86, to rest in peace with her husband Jack Geer Sr. She was born in Midland Michigan on February 12, 1937, one of 12 siblings, to the late Leonard and Nora Parsons.

Lorraine (as she liked to be called) enjoyed spending time with her family, pets, and working in her garden. She was a Sunday School Teacher at Cedar River Chapel when she was younger. She took pride in taking care of her family and home, while working at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Midland until her retirement.  In her later years, she worked with her husband for the organization Cowboys for Christ. 

She is survived by her children, Jack (Dina) Geer, Joni Geer, and Jerry Geer; grandchildren, Angela Geer, Dean (Amy) Geer, Alan (Heather) Geer, and Joni Lynn Geer-Holder; great-grandchildren, Audrey Geer, Madison Geer, Avery Geer, Tyler Geer, Taylor Geer, Rylie Holder, and Reagan Holder.
